Welcome to Keeping It Aligned. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, products, and content provided by Natalie Madrigal, operating as Keeping It Aligned ("I," "me," or "my"). By purchasing a service, accessing a product, attending a session, or otherwise engaging with my offerings, you ("you" or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or products.
Keeping It Aligned offers Human Design-based readings, sessions, written summaries, and related educational and informational materials. Current offerings may include one-on-one readings, paid beta programs, digital items, and any other products or experiences I may introduce from time to time.
All services and materials are provided for personal reflection, exploration, and educational purposes. They are intended to support your own thinking and self-awareness.
Keeping It Aligned is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, or mental health service. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, social worker, dietitian, or any other licensed health care provider. The services do not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy of any kind.
Nothing offered through Keeping It Aligned is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any physical, mental, emotional, or psychological condition or disease. The services and any associated materials are not medical devices and should not be relied upon as such.
If you are experiencing any physical, mental, emotional, or psychological symptoms or conditions, please consult a qualified licensed health care professional. Do not delay seeking medical or mental health care, disregard medical or mental health advice, or discontinue medical or mental health treatment based on anything shared in a session or in any of my materials.
In an emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
Nothing in my services or materials is intended as financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, business, career, insurance, or other professional advice. Conversations about money, resources, work, or decisions are intended as personal reflection and exploration, not as recommendations for any specific financial or professional action. For advice in these areas, please consult a licensed professional.
I make no promises, warranties, or guarantees about the outcomes, results, income, earnings, success, transformation, healing, clarity, confidence, abundance, or any other change you may or may not experience as a result of working with me or engaging with my materials. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or descriptions of past client experiences are illustrative only and are not predictive of what you will experience.
Your results depend on many factors that are entirely outside of my control, including your own choices, actions, circumstances, history, and how you engage with the material. By purchasing or participating, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Human Design is a system of self-inquiry. The information shared during sessions or in any materials is offered for educational and informational purposes only. You are encouraged to take what is useful, leave what is not, and use your own judgment, intuition, and professional support systems in making any decisions about your life.
You acknowledge that participation in any session or use of any materials is entirely voluntary, that you have chosen to engage based on your own free will, and that you assume full responsibility and all risks associated with your participation. You agree that any insights, reflections, decisions, or actions you take based on or after a session are entirely your own.
Sessions and other paid offerings must be booked and paid for in full according to the terms specified at the point of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled through a third-party payment processor; you agree to the terms and conditions of that processor when completing your purchase.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours of notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice may not be accommodated, and the session may be considered forfeited. I will use reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the notice period.
Because each session involves preparation, reserved time, and personalized work, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this refund policy.
If exceptional circumstances arise, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. Any approved refund will be for the amount paid, less any third-party processing fees and the value of any services already rendered.
If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided advance notice in accordance with section 3.2, the session will be considered delivered and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
In the event of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances on my end, I reserve the right to reschedule a session. I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will work with you to find a suitable replacement time.
Some of my offerings, including The Currency and Confidence Sessions, may be designated as beta or pilot programs. By purchasing a beta offering, you acknowledge that the format, structure, deliverables, and experience may evolve, and that you are participating during an experimental phase. Beta pricing reflects this. Your feedback may be requested, though it is never required.
You agree to engage respectfully and professionally during all interactions, including sessions, communications, and any group settings. Conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason I deem appropriate, including breach of these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
All content created, presented, or delivered through Keeping It Aligned, including but not limited to written materials, summaries, recordings, presentations, frameworks, language, structure, processes, marketing copy, and visual materials, is the intellectual property of Natalie Madrigal and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a service or product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial reflection and use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, resell, republish, teach from, or create derivative works based on any of the materials without my prior written permission.
Recordings of sessions may not be made by you without my prior written consent. Any recording I provide to you is for your personal use only.
I treat the personal details you share during sessions with care and discretion. I will not share identifying details about your session content with third parties without your permission, except where required by law, where I reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or others, or as described in the Privacy Policy below.
Please note that I am not a licensed health care provider, and the legal privileges that apply to communications with physicians, therapists, attorneys, or members of the clergy do not apply to our sessions.
If you would like to provide a testimonial or feedback that I may share publicly, I will ask for your permission separately, and you may decline.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Natalie Madrigal, OPERATING AS KEEPING IT ALIGNED, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR MATERIALS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT OR MATERIAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO ME FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations and exclusions in these Terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natalie Madrigal, operating as Keeping It Aligned, and any agents, contractors, or affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the services or materials, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any actions or decisions you take based on any session, conversation, or material.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact me in writing at hi@keepingitaligned.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. I will make a good faith effort to do the same.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding individual arbitration administered by [INSERT ARBITRATION PROVIDER, e.g., the American Arbitration Association] under its applicable rules, with arbitration to take place in New York County, New York, or via remote proceedings where practicable.
YOU AND I AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated through my website or through reasonable means. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by me to be effective.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without my prior written consent. I may assign my rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
